General Return Policy

Whether the product has been received by the customer or not, if the purchase order date is within the period of 14 days, the Buyer is eligible to request a refund or return of the item. The buyer will receive 100% refund if the request is submitted prior to product shipped from the warehouse.
The final outcome of a refund or return request is solely dependent on the agreement reached between the Buyer and Homeys Furniture.

A Buyer may submit a refund or return request through the Contact Us page and attempt to resolve the situation with Homeys Furniture.

There are 2 steps taken when processing a refund or return:
Step 1: The Buyer submits their request though the Contact Us page and submit a RMA request. The Buyer is responsible for providing the related customer feedback that led to the RMA request being submitted in addition to any other relevant evidence requested by the Homeys Furniture.
Step 2: Homeys Furniture processes the application through RMA Management. Homeys Furniture might ask the Buyer to provide additional supporting information. After communication and or negotiations have been conducted between the Buyer and Homeys Furniture, the Buyer may rescind their application or the Seller will accept the request and commence processing the refund or return.
Return policy for Furniture Products:
We DO NOT allow free returns for certain circumstances:
①Once we receive the shipping confirmation from the customer and the order has been shipped out and is in transit via trucking service, any cancellation requests will not be allowed.
②Returns based on the customer’s personal preference and feelings will not be free of charge.
Due to the size of the products and the cost of the shipping for return of the products, the Buyer can apply for a refund or return without needing to list a reason within 14 days after the product(s) has been received by the customer. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide the customer feedback and other information as requested by the Homeys Furniture. In this scenario, the Buyer would be charged a 25% restocking fee, if the request is accepted by Homeys Furniture. The transport fee for the return or re-shipment of any product(s) should be paid for by the Buyer.
Goods sold on the platform are large-size products and multiple shipments will increase the risk of damage to the goods. If the Buyer returns this item without stating a reason, or due to customer rejection, the Buyer is responsible for any damage sustained to the product(s) during the return process.
If the Buyer does not contact Homeys Furniture within 60 days after the Homeys Furniture provides a valid tracking number of the re-shipment, the system will automatically categorize the goods as having been received by the Buyer and subsequently close the case, regardless of the location of the package.
